The DE/OL 80 is an injector for cement and other fluids with double-acting piston, mainly suitable for injections of cement and bentonite mixtures.

It is commonly used for soil consolidation injections, anchorages, soil nailing, environmental remediation, rock bolting, injections into valved or sleeved pipes, and other applications

The assembly in battery (with skid) or in containers (up to 10) allows the simultaneous injection in large construction sites (tunnels, dams, subways). This plant can be equipped with a centralized data recording system, with the simultaneous management of the pumping lines independently.

The DE/OL 80 SP model is prepared for instrumentation also for injections with the “Lombardi” method.

The single injector can be equipped with a data logger inserted in the electrical panel that allows the setting of injection parameters: maximum flow rate per valve, maximum pressure, total value of the injected material.

This data logger can follow the GIN curve or stop when a certain value is reached.
