Frequently asked questions.

A few pointers to help you choose.

When should you consider a compact grout plant?

A Dai Prà compact grout plant makes sense when the site has little space or difficult access. MiniMix reaches 120 bar and is hydraulic, meaning it runs off the drill rig. Speedy and Grout B favour flow rate (60 and 80 l/min), while Veloce is the most compact, for small jobs.

Can Dai Prà machines reach high pressures?

Yes. Performance depends on the model and the job requirements. The MiniMix and Single-Tank DE/AR 3 units have a piston pumping system reaching maximum pressures of 120 bar and 70 bar respectively. The Speedy and Grout B models, on the other hand, are designed for flow rate, delivering 60 and 80 l/min respectively. Veloce, the most compact model in the range, is built for small jobs that call for practical, compact equipment.

What power options are available for compact grout plants?

Dai Prà compact grout plants, self-contained grout mixer/pump units, are available with pneumatic drive via a compressor, electric drive, or hydraulic drive using the drill rig’s hydraulic take-offs. MiniMix is hydraulic, Veloce and Speedy are electric, Grout B can be electric or hydraulic, and the Single-Tank DE/AR 3 is pneumatic. That way the plant runs off equipment already on site.
