Manual packer can be used at the top of the hole. The expansion pack is composed of a cylindrical rubber and two steel discs.
Dai Prà packers are precision sealing devices used to isolate specific intervals within a borehole, allowing controlled, localised delivery of cement grout under pressure. By confining injection to a defined zone, packers maximise treatment efficiency, reduce material consumption, and enable accurate monitoring of grout intake by horizon.
Our range includes inflatable rubber packers, mechanical packers, and double packers for straddle injection, available in multiple diameters and pressure ratings to match a wide variety of borehole sizes and geological conditions. Each unit is manufactured and pressure-tested before delivery.
Dai Prà packers are used in dam consolidation, tunnel waterproofing, rock anchor installations, and geotechnical investigation. Request a technical datasheet or speak with our engineering team about the right solution for your application.
Manual packer can be used at the top of the hole. The expansion pack is composed of a cylindrical rubber and two steel discs.
The flexible packer can be used in Manchettes tube with diameter of 27-30-37mm, and with rubber diameter of 27-30-37mm. It is recommended to use for the injection a hose with external diameter of 21mm, that can be easily threaded at the workplace (max. exercise pressure 70 bar).
The deflated packer is lowered into the drilled borehole. The packer is then inflated with neutral gas or liquid through an inflation line.
News series of packers, really strong, studied and designed for heavy duty injection-with valves pipe and also in the draining holes in rock.
Manual packer is used for sealing off drill holes with a diameter from 35 to 128 mm, and it is designed mostly to be used in tunnels.
